Originally from French Guiana, my diverse French, South American, and Caribbean heritage shapes my resilient mindset and purposeful approach to life.

My professional journey began in service, where I spent three transformative years as a soldier in a response unit of the French Gendarmerie Nationale. This experience instilled in me the values of discipline, adaptability, and quick thinking, qualities that continue to guide my daily life.

Since then, I’ve built over a decade of experience in operations and continuous improvement, taking on leadership roles such as Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer in multi-million-dollar companies in New York and New Jersey.

My life and work have taken me to four countries, and I’ve developed a unique global perspective.

I also speak four languages and hold a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, a respected management methodology aimed at reducing waste and defects and improving efficiency and profitability.

My Vision

I believe in creating a life balanced between family, work, and personal freedom.

I aim to split my time between French Guiana, the Caribbean, Europe, and the U.S. to continue blending inspirations from different cultures.
