Raw Always Feels Better
Why is everyone pretending? I’m tired of faking it.

We fake confidence, success, or clarity, trying to convince ourselves and others that we have it all figured out.
But the truth is that none of us knows what we are doing.
We’re all navigating the same uncertainties, hiding behind masks of perfection.
It’s exhausting. It’s unsustainable. And it’s time to stop.
I’ve reached my breaking point and decided to break out of the polished, performative cycle and embrace a raw, unfiltered path.
Not because it’s easy but because it’s real.
And I believe real—even when messy—always feels better.
The Exhaustion of Playing the Game
The “look successful, sound polished, sell a dream” game.
I’ve spent years building an image that feels more like a mask than a reflection of my identity. It’s not just draining; it takes away your ability to connect meaningfully with yourself and others.
Chasing an idea of success that isn’t mine has left me tired and uninspired.
I’ve given advice when I didn’t have the answers, curated a life that looks better than it feels, and measured my worth against metrics that don’t matter to me.
I was good at it, but this game doesn’t allow for imperfection, vulnerability, or truth—the things that make us human.
And I know I’m not alone.
Many of us are caught in this cycle. We’re trying to “fake it until we make it,” but at what cost?
Authenticity? Connection? Peace of mind?
Rediscovering What Matters to Me
Pursuing “success”—as defined online and by society—blinded me to what truly matters to me.
I’ve realized that I don’t want to sell a dream.
I want to share my reality, unpolished and unfinished.
This shift isn’t about rejecting others who choose a different path.
To everyone who’s been part of my journey so far, thank you.
I’m deeply grateful for the lessons, connections, and inspiration.
It isn’t a judgment of the life you’ve chosen for yourself.
For some, it’s the right fit. It’s just not for me.
It’s a choice to step away from the noise and follow a path that feels right for me.
I’ve spent too much time editing, filtering, and shaping my life to fit a mold.
It’s time to let go of the mold and embrace the mess. To show up as I am—messy, raw, and authentic. Because that’s where growth happens, that’s where connection lives.
That’s where I want to live.
Acknowledging the Risks
Professionally, it might make potential employers, business partners, or collaborators second-guess me.
Personally, it might be misunderstood by loved ones, friends, or even my audience and create doubt in their minds.
But I’ve weighed those risks and chosen to go all in any way.
Not because it’s safe but because it’s the best I can do not to waste the rest of my life away.
I trust those who resonate with my message and value raw authenticity will stay, and that’s enough for me.
Embracing Raw Honesty
No more masks, no more pretending, trying to fit into a predefined box. Just the truth—my messy, unfinished, raw life.
Here is my process:
- I try.
- I fail, or I succeed.
- I learn.
- And I repeat.
There are no hacks, no perfect answers, no polished solutions. It’s just an honest attempt at figuring life out, one mistake or win at a time. And I’m inviting you to join me on this journey.
If you’re tired of the fake “perfect” noise out there, this is your invitation to embrace something real.
Together, we can make space for vulnerability, imperfection, and the lessons from living authentically.
Raw always feels better.
